At PestiGo Pest Control, we value your time and trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
If canceled within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Customers may reschedule services at no extra cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
In rare cases where we are unable to provide service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or staff unavailability), customers will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed, as pest control is a professional service and results depend on proper post-treatment care by the customer.
Packages with multiple sessions are refundable only for unused sessions, minus any applicable service charges.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Service completed as per the booking.
Customer fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Pest re-infestation caused by lack of hygiene, poor sanitation, or external factors beyond our control.
