Refund & Cancellation

At PestiGo Pest Control, we value your time and trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.


1. Cancellations by Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • If canceled within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may be charged.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.


2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule services at no extra cost if requested at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.


3. Cancellations by PestiGo

  • In rare cases where we are unable to provide service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or staff unavailability), customers will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed, as pest control is a professional service and results depend on proper post-treatment care by the customer.

  • Packages with multiple sessions are refundable only for unused sessions, minus any applicable service charges.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Service completed as per the booking.

  • Customer fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Pest re-infestation caused by lack of hygiene, poor sanitation, or external factors beyond our control.
