Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

At PestiGo Pest Control, we are committed to providing reliable pest control services as well as timely delivery of products. This policy explains how we handle both service fulfillment and product shipping.


1. Service Delivery

  • On-Site Services: All pest control services are performed at the customer’s provided address.

  • Scheduling: Service date and time will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Service Areas: We currently operate in specific serviceable locations. Customers outside our coverage area will be notified at the time of inquiry/booking.

  • Delays: While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

  • Materials & Equipment: Any required chemicals, tools, or equipment will be carried by our team on the day of service.


2. Product Shipping

  • Order Processing: Orders for pest control products are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Courier Partners: We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.


3. Non-Delivery Situations

We will not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

  • Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
